As nurses we are passionate about health, wellness, and supporting women in their healing journey. Our team believes that nursing has been our calling, and we strive to provide a sense of safety and security for clients in their most vulnerable states.

As a team we have 12 years of professional experience caring for post-surgical patients in a variety of healthcare settings. We bring all our knowledge and compassion to each client through their recovery journey focusing on healing from the inside out.

How long do patients receive personalized care after surgery?

FAQs

Our packages vary depending on patient preference, surgical procedure, and level of nursing need. Every patient receives care for minimum of 4 days; day of surgery will vary in length as mentioned above and post-op days 1-3 will be 2 hours of nursing care.

What does a nursing visit include?

Each nursing visit will consist of a professional assessment, MLD (if approved), drain/wound care, time for questions/concerns, medication administration/management, pain management, mobilization, assistance with bathing/hygiene, and compression device assistance.

Does the company work with a specific plastic surgeon?

We are not surgeon specific, however, we plan to adhere to each surgeon’s post-surgical guidelines. We are happy to coordinate and communicate with your provider with any concerns, questions, and/or recommendations. We do ask each patient is cleared for specific treatments such as manual lymphatic drainage, exercise, and any dietary restrictions.

What are the costs?

Our basic nursing care package is included on our price and services page. For any other prices our coordination team is available to go over any price details with other packages listed HERE.

Is there a cancellation policy?

You may cancel for any reason up to 22 days before your intended care date with a full refund of your deposit. Full payment is due 3 weeks prior to surgery. This will be nonrefundable.

Will your team bring supplies?

Our nursing team will have an essential medical bag; however, any wound specific materials or compression devices will be the patient's responsibility. Our website has surgery specific supply boxes available for purchase which includes all post-surgical supply needs.

What does the intake process look like?

Book a consultation with our expert team HERE. Whether one of our packages suits your needs or whether you're looking for a more, custom tailored option, we got you covered.

You will be brought to a booking page and from there you can select a time to speak to us. Please note that a $100 consultation fee applies which will be applied towards your total balance of the package you choose. Each patient will have a 30-minute virtual meeting with an intake nurse to discuss their care plan, as well as, a 30-minute virtual meeting with a physician who focuses on functional nutrition coaching to guide them through the dietary manual.

DO you accept insurance as payment?

Please note that Restorative Nursing Care does not accept insurance as payment.

WHAT ARE THE AREAS YOU SERVE?

We serve the greater Nashville and Middle Tennessee area. Travel is considered on a case-by-case basis.
